The measured record that lets a development be registered, sold and handed over.
Files prepared for the desk that has to clear them, and followed through the review.
What is actually standing, measured and turned into drawings, point clouds and models.
The survey questions a development runs into between one stage and the next.
Which deliverable, which authority, and by when.
Control established, then the building or site recorded against it.
Drawings and data built in the format the receiving authority expects.
Filed with the body that governs the project.
Queries answered and the file re-filed until it clears. That part is ours.
Dubai splits by jurisdiction rather than by function. The Land Department holds the property register, and the zone a plot sits in decides the building regulator. The first question on any Dubai file is which of them the project answers to.
These are the bodies that govern and receive the work. One of them, the Land Department, also publishes the register Petra Point is certified on — the two are separate facts and are stated separately.
